In Pennsylvania, Ms. Caisse successfully completed the total revaluation of all commercial properties in Allegheny County including the City of Pittsburgh. After the completion of the reassessment, she was appointed and served as the Chief Assessment Officer of Allegheny County.

In addition to her County position, Ms. Caisse assisted her husband and business partner in the acquisition, management, and disposition of numerous  properties for Banner Real Estate Investment Corporation.

Ms. Caisse and her husband currently manage properties on both the Gulf Coast and East Coast of Florida.

Joseph G. Caisse has worked for nearly 20 years in the fields of human resources, real estate, and property management in the states of Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Florida. He currently holds a license as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and has previous educational and work experience as a:

In Massachusetts, Mr. Caisse held positions in municipal government and human resources. After relocating to Pennsylvania with his wife Susan, he established and became President of Banner Real Estate Investment Corporation. Mr. Caisse managed the leasing, tenant screening, building maintenance, repairs, and the supervising of contractors. He developed budgets, collected rents, paid operating expenses, and managed the business’ financial accounts. He currently uses his extensive real estate background to provide the highest level of property management, leasing, and residential transactions to North Pinellas County residents.

Both Susan and her husband, Joseph, have served as Board members of the Safety Harbor Garden Club and as members of the Friends of the Islands (Honeymoon and Caladesi). The City of Safety Harbor has honored them for their work in civic beautification projects throughout the community.
